First Snow of 2010
Its only the 13th of Nov 2010, and we have a sudden snow storm. Its unusual for the first snow to accumulate on the ground but its been snowing the entire night and I guess its cold enough outside.
Good thing I watched the weather and did all my groceries yesterday.
Here's the food for the weekend. Chicken Salad (Pre-made from costco). Broccoli, sauteed onions, tomatoes and avacado. A very tasty and filling salad.

Hi, Your pic on first snow looks beautiful. Seems heavy snow to me.
On your Chicken salad, it looks good but go slow on the dressing. It looks like thousand island - hope its sugar free....
Your 2nd try on squash looks better but 2 is too much, looking at the portions. Anyway have fun.
