I have NEVER had the guts write some of the answers that these students did. Also, it never occurred to me to be a smart-ass. This also reinforces my opinion that Teachers are way underpaid.

Let's Kick of the New Year with a comedic post. Here's BBspot's Top 11 things that Geeks did on New Year's eve.
11. Kissed their WoW avatar at midnight.
10. Watched the BIOS date change years.
9. Hoped for a Y2K+7 bug.
8. Too busy playing nethack to notice.
7. Listened to Auld Lang Syne on their iPod.
6. Popped open a bottle of caffeinated champagne.
5. Updated their New Year's Resolution database to reflect the passing year.
4. Defragmented their hard drives.
3. Stayed up for 24 hours to wish all their online friends in different time zones a Happy New Year at the appropriate hour.
2. Had to come in to work to upgrade and reboot servers all night long.

Found this very interesting hobby. Making miniature fast-food.

i know it's hard to tell from this shot, so I'll give you something for scale. . . .

The burger was a little over one inch tall and about an inch wide.

Here, we have the "money shot" of the burger with its many teeny layers

After taking all the pictures we cut the tiny burger in half and each ate half. It tasted awesome.

Our official entry is the burger, though the burger and fries together are still less than two inches.
Here are some shots of the preparation of our mini-meal. Everything was handmade, including the tiny buns.

I used a Splenda packet for scale, since it was two inches long. Check out the mini pickles, onions and tomato!

It only took a few seconds to cook.

So. . .very. . .small.

I made the soda and tray out of polymer clay and my husband designed and printed the label and tray liner out of Craftster content



We had so much fun making this together. It was seriously challenging, right down to the sesame seeds.

You know the feeling, just when you fancy eating that banana you've been carrying around, you dig it out from the bottom of your bag to discover it looks like it has gone a few rounds with Mike Tyson.
How many times have you taken your banana to work or school only to find it transformed into a black inedible mess?
Only hours before your banana was perfect, now it is just fit for the bin.

You need BANANAGUARD!

I swear to God, this is a real product! People will buy the dumbest shit! I mean a banana guard isn't THAT wierd. But paying about US$8 for a banana that costs about 20-30 cents?
